A Delegate is a member of a national tax consultants' association (e.g., the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association – VCTA) who does not hold any official position within GTAP or AOTCA and is not serving as the Head of Delegation.

- Only the spouse of a registered participant is permitted to accompany them to the Conference.
- A registration fee of USD 200 applies for the accompanying spouse.
- The spouse registration includes access to the Gala Dinner only.
- The spouse and other family members may join the excursion programs during the Conference, subject to additional charges.

- Single Type 1 – 300 US$ - For Delegates (Conference fee applicable)
- Couple Type 1 – 500 US$ - For Delegates attending with spouse (Conference fee applicable; includes spouse registration)
- Single Type 2 – 0 US $ - For Participants exempt from the Conference fee
- Couple Type 2 – 200 US$ - For Participants exempt from the Conference fee attending with spouse (spouse registration fee applicable)

The registration form is available within the AOTCA Mobile App, which has been specially customized for the AOTCA 2025 Conference in Nepal.
Each participant, along with their spouse (if applicable), must be registered individually to ensure smooth and effective event management.
Conference fee payments will be accepted starting July 17, 2025, in accordance with the tax exemption provisions applicable to the host organization, Nepal Chamber of Tax Consultants (NCTC).
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email containing our bank account details along with information on alternative payment methods, including Alipay, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, etc.).

Nepal is pleased to welcome participants from each country—there is no fixed limit per country, and you are encouraged to attend in as large a number as possible.
- Our Conference Hall can accommodate up to 1,400 participants in theatre-style seating.
- The Gala Dinner venue has a capacity of 800–850 guests.
