Welcome to Nepal!
Nepal warmly welcomes delegates from around the world attending AOTCA 2025 Conference.
All international visitors (except nationals from SAARC countries and a few others) require a Tourist Visa to enter Nepal.
You must bring:
- Valid passport (with 6 months’ validity)
- Printed barcode receipt from online application
- Passport-sized photo
- Travel documents (invitation letter from NCTC will be provided upon registration)

Obtain Your Tourist Visa
You can obtain your Visa On-Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu
You can obtain your Visa from Nepalese Embassies or Consulates abroad before arrival
Please bring cash (USD) for visa fee payment at the airport.
Chinese tourists do not pay for their visa (Gratis VISA)
